Three Commercial-level Charger Types

  • Level 1
  • Level 2
  • Level 3 : More commonly called DCFC (Direct Current Fast Charging)

Table 1 shows the characteristics for each type of charger. There are also EV charging modes; however, the various charging modes will not be covered at this time.
